2. Who Can Use It

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that using a betting analytics tool is legal in your location.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive purposes.

4. What We Promise (And Don’t Promise)

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Free trials last 14 days with full Pro access. No credit card is required. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform. Do not use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
